Bottom line...we want you to be happy with every Shelby Reef purchase! Please contact us ahead of time with any questions you have regarding fit, sizing, fabric, style, color, anything! We hope to get it right the first time so an return/exchange can be avoided.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a store credit for the full amount of the item returned or we will gladly exchange the item for something else, be it similar or not.
You can return or exchange an item for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Return/Exchange Procedure: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if a return or exchange is needed and return the item within 14 days. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The shipping cost to return items is paid for by the buyer.
Items that cannot be refunded:
- Items in the SALE Collection.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
